Connect the camera to the USB port of the computer.
Turn the camera on in Playback mode (the procedure is described in the instructions for the camera).
After that, the camera should light up the power led, and the operating system prompts the user for action that should be performed with a camera (Fig. 3). Click Cancel.
NOTE: If you use the operating system MS Windows 2000, before starting, you need to install the TWAIN driver for the camera. The driver is on the CD in the folder Driver. Users of the operating systems Windows XP to install the driver for camera is not necessary.
