8.2.3 Resize

This filter changes the size of the image according to the size of the indicated pixels, stretching or squeezing them according to width and height.
 
This geometrical transformation can be useful if, for example, there exist too volumetric photos or images which should be diminished without losing the sharpness, by that preserving detailing. Or vice versa — small photos which should be enlarged without losing the quality. These operations may be needed by sending images by e-mail, downloading on sites, and also by printing.
 
Filter parameters:
 

• Width;
• Height.

 
 
 
Width and Height parameters mean new height and width of the image in pixels.
