15. Technical support

  • We carry out the technical support of the registered users during the period which is discussed upon purchasing the software.
  • You should activate the access to the technical support during one month from the moment of the software purchasing.
  • You can activate the support having filled in the form in the company site or having sent the letter with the inquiry by mail.

If you have some difficulties by working with the application, you can contact the technical support by e-mail or at the site of our company.
 

Submitting the application in the site

Select the menu item HelpTechnical support. In the window of your browser there shall be opened a form of application submitting to the support service. Fill in all the necessary fields and explain your question or difficulty in detail.
